Vandis has adapted non-IT asset management principles to develop IT Ownership Practices which are the basic steps taken to professionally own IT assets – undertaken in a measured and controlled manner. IT Ownership Practices include such things as : review of supply contracts, ensuring maintenance and support contracts match expected service levels, governing risks and quality within Software investments, and determining price breaks in consolidation of common requirements.
